It's sucked me in - literally. The TWILIGHT series has me by the throat.
OK, enough of my little play on words.
I've finished the first book (TWILIGHT)...
and have almost finished the second (NEW MOON).
The third book, ECLIPSE
is sitting on my nightstand and will probably be my companion on the long drive to southern Illinois over the Thanksgiving holiday.
I still need to purchase the fourth and final book, BREAKING DAWN.
Chrissie told me last night that she didn't think she could wait for me to finish the second book - and that she'd just have to go and buy it.
I'm telling you, it's a "SICKNESS"!!
And then there's the movie that opens this week. No - I am not one of the "crazies" who will be there at 12:01 a.m. on Friday morning - BUT, that's not to say I won't be there on Friday or Saturday night.

Ok, if I lived in South Bend, I'd totally be going to the movie with you! I got SUCKED in too the final two months of my pregnancy! I would never read books about vampires, but these capture you. Can't explain it!
I went to the library to check it out, and there is at least a year wait list....and it's in the TEEN section! Needless to say, I bought all four, and now my sisters have them! Have fun at the movie!
You and Lisa (E) must be extremely fast readers. We all started at the same time and I am only on book 2 :( Emily (my 14 year old) loaned out our book #3 and it was never returned (her friend said she did but I know she didn't). So, I was in Sam's earlier and they have book #1, book #2 and book #3. That's just my luck.
This is so funny to read this post this morning...I just started the series last night. If you enjoy this series, you may also like the vampire series by Charlaine Harris. It's the series they have now made into an HBO series, True Blood. Happy reading!
