This Weather Plays "HECK" With a Pitching Staff...

Kevin just called - no big surprise - tonight's game is canceled. That makes four rainouts in the past six days. Are we ever going to play again???

I think Noah and the Ark are coming shortly!!! When you start seeing pairs of animals, head for higher ground! Pray for sunshine!!!!!!!!

As for high school baseball in the Northern Indiana Conference - the next ten days looks to be interesting. Starting tomorrow night (if the rain subsides and the sun happens to appear) we start playing and we will continue to play EVERY night this week, and Saturday. We'll be off on Sunday to pray for more sunshine, and then Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday next week. Sectionals begin two weeks from today and can't start until all conference games are completed. As of today, we have three to make up along with the regular schedule.

So, if you're looking for anyone from our household for the next couple of weeks, cell phone might be your best bet.

At the beginning of the season, Bob said "as good as we are, we don't have enough pitching and that will come back to haunt us in the end".

The man's a psychic!!

Hopefully, everyone else is in the same "ark".
