Well, we started the baseball season off with a BANG - beating Warsaw 13-3 last night. Kind of got a little lump in my throat when I got out of my car and saw No. 7 standing in center field - just seems like yesterday he was playing little league and now he's a senior in high school.
He had a lot of support in that first game - Carrie was there with Nolan, Grace and Jack - Colleen and Ben - Bob and I - Chrissie and her boyfriend Brock (who just happens to be Riley's JV coach). Brock has helped Kevin a lot this past winter - much to the dispair of Riley's Varsity Coach. Guess we'll see if that comes back to haunt him on April 12th when we play Riley.
